Own the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing — across roles of varying complexity and seniority
Develop and refine job descriptions, hiring plans, and screening rubrics in collaboration with hiring managers
Build scalable, repeatable recruiting workflows that grow with the company
Mentor peers, share best practices, and help build a culture of continuous improvement that raises the bar for recruiting excellence
Support Compa's CTO Leadership Team in executing hiring plans and talent strategy
Requirements
5+ years of recruiting experience at a growth-stage company
Track record hiring specialized technical and engineering roles
Strong written and verbal communication with candidates, cross-functional leaders, and hiring teams
