Lead projects in the areas of marketing and brand strategy, consumer insights, customer segmentation, innovation and growth strategy, as well as change management and organizational development
Serve as the primary contact for our clients and take overall responsibility for the accounts you oversee
Act as a sparring partner for project teams, ensuring the quality of presentations and decision documents
Responsible for scheduling and coordinating personnel resources, ensuring project profitability
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Lead and drive acquisition activities, new-business initiatives and thought leadership topics
Mentor and provide ongoing training and development for consultants
Requirements
Strong master’s degree in economics/business administration or marketing (above-average academic record) and five to eight years of professional experience
Proven track record in management consulting and/or a management role in marketing/branding, with extensive experience and relevant expertise in corporate and brand strategy
Extensive experience in project management, managing client relationships with senior executives, and developing new business opportunities
Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a high level of commitment and team spirit
Excellent analytical skills, creative thinking and a structured approach
Resourcefulness, a pioneering mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) and strong MS Office proficiency
