Lead projects in marketing and brand strategy, consumer insights, customer segmentation, innovation and growth strategy, as well as change management and organizational development
Serve as the primary contact for clients and take full ownership of managed accounts
Act as a sparring partner for project teams, ensuring the quality of presentations and decision papers
Responsible for scheduling and coordination of personnel resources and for ensuring project profitability
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Lead and drive acquisition activities, new business initiatives, and thought leadership topics
Mentor and support the professional development of consultants
Requirements
Excellent Master's degree in economics/marketing and five to eight years of professional experience
Proven track record in management consulting and/or a management role in marketing/branding, with extensive experience and relevant expertise in corporate and brand strategy
Broad experience in project management, working with senior client stakeholders, and in developing new business relationships
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a high level of commitment and team spirit
Excellent analytical skills, creative thinking, and a structured approach
Resourcefulness, pioneering spirit, and entrepreneurial mindset
Very good German and English (spoken and written) skills and proficiency in MS Office
