Responsible for the product planning and management, performance analysis, and implementation of strategy for the Individual Customers segment (PF AM | AD), with the objective of identifying opportunities to expand volumes and revenues, improve profitability, and monitor market trends and competitor behavior.
Contribute to marketing and sales planning by providing intelligence on competitor activity, customer characteristics and profiles, market trends, and other relevant business information.
Develop commercial policies together with the Pricing area, recommending commercial price positioning and conducting competitive analysis.
Monitor and support the improvement of product profitability by seeking alternatives to maximize RPD (revenue per day), optimize product mix and volume, reduce delinquencies, and leverage other profitability drivers.
Drive lead activation and conversion initiatives, supporting booking channels and customer communication in processes involving the segment, as well as providing relevant information.
Support the development of communication and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment of actions between headquarters and touchpoints (website, app, branches, sales centers).
Achieve targets through the execution of the actions outlined in the target plan.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking.
Stakeholder management experience.
Knowledge of SQL.
Availability to work in a hybrid model at the head office in Belo Horizonte, MG.
Profile: autonomous, analytical, organized, good communication and interpersonal skills, and flexible in adapting to change.
