Manage key project contracts (e.g., construction contracts, service agreements, lease agreements)
Monitor supplier and subcontractor contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms
Identify, monitor and mitigate financial and contractual risks in coordination with other departments (e.g., Legal & Compliance, Accounting & Financial Control)
Responsible for the development and implementation of a contract management tool for renewable energy projects (lead the design of a scalable contract management tool for renewables and oversee end-to-end implementation)
Define and enforce a comprehensive metadata model and design configurable workflows to track contract-specific obligations and milestones
Establish data quality controls
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law or a related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commercial asset management, preferably in renewable energy (solar, wind)
Solid understanding of key contracts: development services agreements, land lease agreements, purchase agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements
Ability to extract relevant information from such contracts for the contract management tool
Knowledge of risk management and implementation of risk mitigation strategies
