Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support strategic wealth management decisions
Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights relevant to portfolio management, campaign management, and market performance
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to effectively track performance metrics, client portfolios, and market dynamics
Continuously evaluate and optimize data analytics processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency and ensure data accuracy
Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and visually compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing business strategy
Collaborate proactively with senior management and stakeholders to identify critical business questions and deliver data-driven recommendations
Work closely with Technology and Data Engineering teams to ensure the availability, accuracy, and integrity of data utilized for analytical purposes

5+ years of hands-on experience working with data, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry
Demonstrated ability in data retrieving, manipulation, and storytelling in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Experience working with Snowflake, Big Data (e.g., Hadoop ecosystem), and Teradata environments
Proven track record of working with Python, PySpark, Dataiku, SQL, and SAS
Strong expertise in Python and other data analytics tools for robust data processing, analysis, and visualization (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, Seaborn)
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with expertise in synthesizing business requirements and constructing suitable data analysis frameworks
Proven ability to create data-driven narratives and effectively communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders
Solid understanding of database structures, data warehousing principles, and ETL processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering accurate and actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
