Onboard new campus partners with fast time-to-value goals to ensure successful implementation and utilization of BetterMynd services.
Track utilization of teletherapy sessions, identify trouble spots, and initiate solutions in an urgent, yet compassionate and professional manner.
Serve as a bridge between partner campuses and BetterMynd units including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Operations.
Demonstrate BetterMynd products and services to new contacts at current accounts via phone, web, and in-person with authenticity and enthusiasm.
Be the primary relationship builder with the campus, leading to on-time renewal and expansion into new product lines.
Embrace a dynamic, changing, growth environment, evolving Campus Success strategies in collaboration with CS peers and company leaders.
Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to manage communication and many aspects of the client lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
2+ years Client Success/Implementation/Account Management experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; confident communicating and building rapport with senior-level as well as administrative professionals.
Experience in higher education (EdTech, student services, or other on-campus roles) strongly preferred
