Act as the technical reference for the Integrity Program to ensure Unimed CNU operates in accordance with laws, sector regulations and internal policies.
Maintain a systemic view of the business, including process management, risk management, internal controls and strategic planning.
Work integrally with other lines of defense, supporting business areas and periodic audits.
Prepare executive reports for committees and the Board of Directors.
Enhance and monitor the Integrity Program, including policies, guidelines, indicators and key controls.
Lead internal investigations, establish action plans, monitor progress and report findings.
Develop indicators and reporting mechanisms.
Support internal processes for certifications and accreditations in the Supplementary Health sector; structure the internal environment with a focus on the Pró-Ética Seal.
Execute the process to identify and assess risks, issue opinions, propose action plans and provide input for decision-making.
Plan and implement the Annual Training and Internal/External Communication Plan to promote a culture of integrity.
Periodically review and/or draft the Code of Conduct, internal regulations and Compliance guidelines.
Create indicators, dashboards, KPIs and OKRs to support the management of the Compliance team and reporting to Governance bodies.
Monitor and analyze publications to assess their impact on the business.
Requirements
Solid experience working with Compliance Programs.
Bachelor’s degree (Law, Business Administration or related fields) with postgraduate specialization in Compliance or Risk.
Proficiency in Law No. 12.846/13 (Brazil’s Anti-Corruption Law), ISO 37001, ISO 37301 and ANS regulations.
Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau and experience with GRC tools or Background Check platforms.
Professional certifications in Compliance.
Prior experience in Internal Audit.
In-depth knowledge of the Supplementary Health sector (ANS).
