About this role

Define and monitor KPIs and OKRs specific to transformation projects.
Explore databases from different areas (HR, Finance, etc.) to identify patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
Build statistical models to predict the impact of future transformation initiatives.
Translate complex data into executive presentations and actionable recommendations for C-level executives and stakeholders.
Act as a change agent, promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Advanced SQL: Proficient in extracting and manipulating large datasets.
Data Visualization: Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
Programming Languages (Intermediate): Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
Statistics: Solid understanding of hypothesis testing, correlation, and regression models for causal analysis.
Project Frameworks: Familiarity with Change Management.
Investigative Curiosity: Ability to not only accept data at face value but to question the 'why' behind the numbers.
Business Insight: Understand the company's value drivers to identify which data truly matters.
Influential Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
