Propose and support financing and capital markets projects for V.tal's capital structure.
Develop executive materials for decision-making with senior leadership and committees, as well as for investor presentations.
Coordinate multidisciplinary due diligence processes, ensuring governance, timelines and information quality in financing transactions.
Analyze and interpret financial, operational and industry data related to V.tal.
Actively interact and collaborate with other internal areas (controlling, accounting, legal, communications, among others) to ensure consistency and accuracy of information disclosed to investors.
Develop internal studies and sector benchmarks using data analysis and market-monitoring tools to anticipate trends, assess risks and opportunities, and enhance the investor relations strategy.
Arrange credit facilities and guarantees.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields
MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance, Strategy or related areas (preferred)
Proven track record in capital markets transactions, such as issuance of debentures, bonds, 4131, etc.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and working in high-pressure environments with senior-level stakeholders
