Payroll / HR Specialist

Role Overview

• Consolidation of data and preparation of meaningful reports and statistical analyses
• Handling complex tasks as well as analyzing and automating data using MS Excel
• Responsibility for monthly payroll processing
• Support for cross-functional HR projects, including advising on best practices
• Participation in employee surveys (data preparation, analysis and reporting)

Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll and HR systems
• Solid knowledge of tax law, social security law and collective bargaining/tariff regulations
• Very good English skills (desirable)
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel
