- Support in filling open positions from job posting to offer
- Manage and support candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Proactively source candidates, review applications, and participate in interviews
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving recruiting processes and talent acquisition
- Analyze data and reports for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) at a university or college
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and service
- and solution-oriented working style
- Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1) both written and spoken, and fluent English skills.
