Facilitate meetings with internal teams to advance opportunities and partnerships
Facilitate Dudek presence at select conferences and client and industry events to support client connections with appropriate technical experts
Coordinate attendance at select client meetings and events such as consultant industry day events, pre-proposal meetings, professional organizations, and board meetings
Ensure CRM data integrity by maintaining accurate and timely updates to client records, opportunities, and interactions
Maintain and report client-engagement metrics including touchpoint frequency, relationship stage progression, win/loss and key client advancement
Lead strategic capture planning and Go/No-Go decision-making for pursuits
Conduct market research to identify trends, funding mechanisms, and service gaps
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop strategic marketing collateral
Foster team collaboration, support recruiting efforts, and inform market strategy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
10+ years of experience in AEC marketing and business development, with regional or national scope
Proven track record of supporting winning work and helping cultivate client relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset
Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Deltek Vantagepoint, AI platforms, and online meeting tools
Exceptional business writing skills that articulate concepts with clarity
Ability to travel, with a requirement of approximately 20% travel
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have active personal automobile liability insurance by the first day of employment
