Responsible for recruiting and launching Marketplace sellers.
Work closely with category seller growth teams to gather market opportunities and competitive trends.
Develop acquisition strategies to attract new accounts, expand assortment and increase inventory.
Manage business development lifecycle from sourcing to transactability, ensuring sellers are equipped for success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
3+ years of successful sales/business development experience, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace or retail tech.
3-4 years’ experience in Channel Partnerships, Business Management, Product Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.
E-commerce experience required.
Proven ability to build strong business relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
