Role Overview
- Assist Branch management in executing QSR or similar restaurant management operations
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high operational standards
- Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures
- Assist the AGM/GM in managing by supervising day-to-day activities of associates
- Participate in the interview process and provide input in hiring
- Assign work tasks and activities, prepare schedules, and ensure shifts are covered
- Monitor compliance with wellness and safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours each week
- Knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards
