Proactive advising and support of managers in all operational and strategic HR areas within your area of responsibility
Conducting personnel and development discussions and implementing appropriate HR measures
Managing recruitment processes in your area of responsibility and in coordination with other sites
Close cooperation with HR management to help achieve company goals
Developing solutions together with managers and advising/supporting organizational change processes
Taking on local and operational HR projects in various subject areas
Close and constructive collaboration with local employee representative bodies (works council)

University degree with a focus on Human Resources or a commercial apprenticeship with further training as an HR specialist
Several years of professional experience as an HR specialist
Initial project experience is desirable
Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and co-determination/works council procedures
Strong communication and advisory skills
Solution-oriented working style, loyalty and discretion
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
Very good German skills and good English skills (B1 level)
