Provide hands-on HRBP support to functional leadership teams, guiding them on talent strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement
Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees, providing trusted counsel on organizational and employee matters
Proactively identify challenges, diagnose root causes, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance employee engagement and drive business results
Lead initiatives to elevate performance, strengthen leadership capability, and advance long-term business strategy
Utilize analytics and trends to influence talent decisions and create meaningful business impact
Coach and advise leaders to enhance effectiveness and employee experience
Collaborate with client groups to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals
Drive programs in succession planning, talent acquisition support, and high-potential talent identification
Lead or participate in HR and business-wide projects to improve processes and organizational outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
12 plus years of progressive HR experience in dynamic, matrixed environments
Success driving HR strategies including performance management, retention, staffing, compensation, and change management
Experience leveraging data and analytics to guide decisions and measure outcomes
Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving capability
Experience in leading projects and leveraging HR metrics and analytics to make recommendations and inform talent decisions
Experience coaching or supporting executive-level leadership
Background supporting large, complex business functions
