Work with the project team to assist in the overall efforts for successful completion of design, documentation, and construction
Perform complex design and construction documentation in project assignments
Lead a team in the technical execution of Retail projects
Lead team in the preparation of construction documentation
Partner with the Project Manager in the overall delivery of project goals and objectives
Develop innovative design solutions that are practical, aesthetic, safe and conducive to intended purposes
Lead the overall project technical development for large scale and/or complex projects
Provide product research and compile data during design phases
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in: Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or related field
10+ years of relevant industry experience
Highly proficient in both Revit and AutoCAD
Advanced detailing and construction documentation knowledge
Advanced knowledge of codes and their application
Advanced knowledge of construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
Knowledge of new products and trends in design
Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and/or sub consultants
Knowledge of the construction administration process
Knowledge of Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint
Advanced in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop and Revit skills
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Basic proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite skills preferred
Basic proficiency of 3D Modeling software such as 3D Studio Max and Viz 2006 preferred
