Lead NSM’s strategic consulting engagements across RMNs and enterprise media clients, delivering high-impact solutions that drive revenue, efficiency, and brand growth.
Architect and evolve NSM’s consulting model to be scalable, repeatable, and integrated across agency brands and service lines.
Champion innovation in media strategy, including audience development, adtech enablement, and measurement frameworks.
Serve as the connective tissue between NSM and dentsu’s media, analytics, creative, and CXM practices.
Act as executive sponsor for top-tier RMN and enterprise media clients, guiding strategic direction and ensuring delivery excellence.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in media strategy, retail media, or digital advertising, with a proven track record of executive leadership.
Deep expertise in retail media monetization, enterprise media planning, and non-endemic advertising strategy.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and integrating capabilities across agency brands.
Strong understanding of media platforms (e.g., DV360, Meta, Criteo), clean rooms (e.g., LiveRamp), and retail data ecosystems.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with consulting frameworks, strategic planning, and organizational transformation.
