About this role
Role Overview
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive employee experience strategy; align and coordinate campaigns, events and touchpoints that reinforce a positive, engaging employee experience (e.g., recognition activities, culture weeks, leader communications) that align to the People strategy and organizational goals.
Provide direction and serve as key liaison for Employee-led Business Impact Networks and communities of practice; co-create charters, annual plans, and impact metrics tied to culture, business outcomes, and engagement goals.
Map the employee journey to identify and design signature experiences for critical moments (e.g., onboarding, promotions, role changes, and offboarding); integrate experiences with HR systems, talent processes, and communications for consistency and scalability.
Develop and coordinate HR and People & Culture communications and enablement material (emails, slide content, talking points, toolkits, FAQs) that are clear, on-brand and easy for leaders to deploy.
Innovate programs based on emerging trends, employee feedback, and benchmarking against industry best practices.
Establish and maintain basic metrics and dashboards related to culture health, belonging, engagement, and experience; identify patterns and insights from data and feedback and raise recommendations for improvements.
Build strong working relationships with HRBPs, COE partners, and business leaders to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of People & Culture initiatives.
Model Reynolds’ values and leadership expectations in daily interactions, serving as a visible champion of the desired culture.
Requirements
3+ years of progressive HR, employee engagement, internal communications, organizational development or related experience.
Experience leading or coordinating engagement, culture, or employee experience initiatives in a large-scale environment.
Demonstrated experience managing projects or workstreams, including timelines, stakeholders and communications.
High level of discretion, professionalism and sound judgment when handling sensitive topics.
Demonstrated passion for employee experience, culture and inclusion, with the ability to connect initiatives to business outcomes.
Relationship Mastery/People Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and subject-matter-experts in the design and facilitation of learning program needs.
Able to build and maintain strong relationships and gain trust and cooperation at all levels within the organization.
