Independently manage and continuously develop operational HR activities across the entire employee lifecycle
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on all HR-related matters
Prepare, conduct, and follow up on employee meetings, including performance reviews and development discussions
Manage the full recruiting and onboarding process, including job postings, applicant management, interviews, contract preparation, references, and HR documentation
Foster a constructive and trust-based collaboration with local employee representative bodies in compliance with the German Works Constitution Act (BetrVG)
Provide HR support to multiple business units, including those subject to collective bargaining agreements and co-determination
Support the implementation, optimization, and harmonization of HR processes at local, regional, and global levels
Act as a key interface between HR and payroll, working closely with payroll accounting to ensure accurate and compliant processing
Contribute to personnel development initiatives, such as training programs, annual reviews, target agreements, and succession planning
Plan, organize, and execute HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
Successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent, or alternatively, a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant HR qualifications
Several years of operational HR experience in an international company
Solid knowledge of German labor law and practical experience collaborating with employee representatives under the Works Constitution Act
Experience in a collectively bargained environment, ideally within the metal and electrical industries
Confident handling of all standard HR processes across the employee life cycle
Team-oriented, communicative, trustworthy personality with strong advisory skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent MS Office skills and experience with HR systems (ideally Workday)
Openness to digital innovations, AI-based tools, and process automation
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
