Assist in managing employee recognition platforms, including tracking participation, updating records, and supporting communications related to recognition programs.
Gain exposure to and support various HR functions, including benefits administration, the employee lifecycle, training and development, and general HR operations.
Support HR administrative projects, including organizing, scanning, and digitizing personnel files as part of an electronic records management initiative.
Provide general HR support, including maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with onboarding tasks, and supporting special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Ability to work a hybrid/onsite work schedule
Currently enrolled in an accredited institution’s associate’s or bachelor’s program
Available 40 hours a week/full-time
