Advise and support employees (m/f/d) on all HR-related matters
Prepare and follow up on the monthly payroll
Manage the full recruitment process, from drafting job postings and participating in interviews to supporting applicant management through to hiring
Draft job descriptions, employment contracts and certificates
Collaborate with the works council
Maintain personnel files, HR master data and timekeeping records
Implement HR processes (e.g., calculation of premiums/bonuses/target agreements, J-SOX, performance reviews, ISO certifications, training)
Contribute to internal and external HR reports (headcount, gender pay gap, CSRD)
Support employer branding, personnel development and occupational health management, and optimize existing HR processes and tools
Oversee and further develop occupational health management

University degree or commercial vocational training; additional qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) is desirable
Several years' professional experience in an international environment, ideally in a sales organization
Solid knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security regulations
Experience with MS Office applications, especially strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
Team player with strong communication skills and an independent working style
Fluent spoken and written German and English
