Role Overview

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration, Human Resources Management option
- Minimum twelve (12) years of relevant experience and holder of the CRHA designation
- Good experience in labour relations management
- Possess good analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
