Role Overview
- Make the first contact with inbound leads generated by marketing
- Qualify leads (profile, needs, and decision stage)
- Schedule clinical evaluations for the clinical team
- Conduct follow-ups and confirmations to improve show rate
- Update information in the CRM and manage the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize results
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing commercial roles, as an SDR, or in sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and digital tools
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Home office setup (laptop and reliable internet)
