Requirements
5-8 years in growth marketing, demand generation marketing or similar technical GTM roles
Strong proficiency with marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Contentful, Amplitude, etc.)
Advanced skills in workflow automation tools (ClickUp, Zapier, Make, AirOps, or similar)
Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hex, Tableau, or similar)
API integration experience—ability to connect disparate systems and build custom solutions
Good to have: SQL knowledge and comfort working directly with databases for custom reporting
Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions in marketing/growth contexts
Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.) and prompt engineering
Understanding of AI use cases in content generation, lead scoring, and personalization
Experience with no-code/low-code platforms for building AI-powered workflows
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS demand generation and content marketing
Knowledge of lead scoring, attribution models, and funnel optimization
Experience with content-led growth motions and SEO-driven acquisition
Understanding of PLG (Product-Led Growth) principles and metrics
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
Experience building dashboards and data visualizations (Google Analytics, Hex, Tableau, or similar)
Understanding of statistical concepts relevant to marketing experimentation
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience: Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies scaling from $20M to $100M+ ARR.
Background in engineering, computer science, or data science
Familiarity with ClickUp (or similar project management platforms) for operations management
Experience with web analytics and conversion rate optimization
Understanding of SEO technical requirements and implementation.
