About this role
Role Overview
- Proper posting of all accounts receivable transactions for our workshops
- Responsible for receivables management, including dunning/collection processes
- Reconciliation of outstanding items and posting of incoming payments
- Maintenance and updating of master data in the ERP system
- Collaboration with internal teams and external partners (e.g., insurers, customers)
- Support for monthly and annual financial closings as well as various projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial/administrative vocational training and initial experience in accounts receivable
- Good IT skills and experience with common accounting/billing software
- Personable, communicative, socially competent and customer-service oriented — that’s you!
