Role Overview
- Handle inbound calls from Belgian/Dutch customers in French and Flemish
- Register new home appliances and customer details
- Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance
- Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets
- Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements
Requirements
- Fluent in French and Flemish (English or Spanish is a plus!)
- A strong communicator with a commercial mindset
- Confident in sales and overcoming objections
- Customer-focused, proactive, and a real team player
- Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
