Drive Innovation Across Pricing Operations
Identify opportunities to modernize how the Pricing organization operates, introducing new ideas, frameworks, and capabilities that improve speed, simplicity, transparency, and consistency.
Leverage Artificial Intelligence to Accelerate Outcomes
Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI-powered tools that automate manual work, enhance analysis, improve data quality, accelerate deal support, and strengthen decision-making across teams.
Advance Process Optimization & Standardization
Lead initiatives that redesign workflows, streamline handoffs, eliminate inefficiencies, and create reusable templates, structures, and documentation that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Enhance Tools, Systems, and Data Infrastructure
Partner with Strategy, Deal Desk, Operations, and cross-functional teams to improve pricing systems, data models, automation, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
Serve as a Connector Across Functions
Act as a central point linking Strategy, Deal Desk, Operations & Enablement, Sales, Solution Management, and Finance, ensuring insights, standards, and innovations are adopted, scaled, and sustained.
Requirements
+4 years of experience in fintech industry, finance, product, strategy, pricing, program management or consulting
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and accelerate operational execution.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills with ability to understanding drivers and impacts.
Fast learner with intellectual capacity to function in a highly complex global organization.
Highly organized, proactive, tenacious, and detail oriented.
Ability to exercise sound business judgment in decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of technical and non-technical colleagues.
