About this role
Role Overview
Design and scale Sylvan Health’s clinical operating model to support high-quality, nutrition-driven care delivery
Establish and optimize workflows across patient onboarding, provider workflows, engagement, care delivery, and follow-up
Provide strategic insights and maintain clinical metrics/dashboard for executive communication
Define and track key clinical and operational KPIs (.g. engagement, retention, outcomes, utilization)
Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all clinical programs and partner implementation
Act as escalation point of contact across partners for program delivery by identifying and resolving clinical operational bottlenecks
Build and maintain scalable systems to support clinical operations, reporting, and insights
Partner with Operations to enhance tools that enable efficient care delivery
Oversee data integrity and accountability across RD network for clinical metrics
Implement bespoke solutions for care delivery while improving visibility, accountability, and executive decision making
Support hiring, onboarding, and development of clinical operations and RDs
Manage and scale Team Leads and RD pods for growth
Establish clear performance expectations, coaching frameworks, and accountability structure
Foster a high-performance, mission-driven team culture
Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
8-12+ years experience healthcare or clinical operations, with increasing leadership responsibility
Proven track record of leading and scaling clinical operations in a high-growth environment
Prior experience managing managers, team leads, and building multi-layered teams
Experience in high-growth startups and having scaled healthcare organizations strongly preferred
Prior people management experience required
Background in nutrition, digital health, ambulatory care, care delivery innovation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
