Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across retail, wholesale, media, PR, partnerships, and brand activations.
Assist in coordinating U.S. product launches, campaigns, and key brand moments.
Help manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing execution.
Assist in briefing creative teams and ensuring marketing assets are properly distributed to partners and stakeholders.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events including retail activations, wholesale partner events, press events, trade shows, and brand experiences.
Manage event logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site execution support.
Track event budgets, invoices, and post-event reporting.
Ensure events reflect brand standards and deliver a premium client experience.
Assist in coordinating with PR agencies, media partners, influencers, and collaborators.
Support media opportunities, partnership activations, and content initiatives.
Assist with sample coordination, logistics, and tracking as needed.
Assist with vendor setup, invoice submission, and budget tracking in partnership with finance.
Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and project documentation.
Help organize and maintain marketing assets and internal resources.
Support reporting and analysis of marketing initiatives as needed.
Act as a brand ambassador and represent the brand professionally at events and partner interactions.
Support additional marketing initiatives and operational needs as required.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years’ marketing and event experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
A team player, willing to get involved.
Basic knowledge and experience of budgets & proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge / experience of the luxury industry.
