Developing a comprehensive understanding of the regional shopper group, including their needs, preferences, and shopping behaviors.
Working collaboratively with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Managers to execute on growth opportunities.
Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns.
Managing Channel Advertising and Merchandising budget and prioritizing according to sources of growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
Experience in Consumer Marketing/ B2C / FMCG
Data driven mindset
Good level of English and German Proficiency, Dutch is a plus
Experience in Project Management
Master's Degree in Marketing is a plus.
