Maintain ultimate accountability for solution readiness, ensuring clarity on scope, success metrics, and deployment requirements.
Create implementation playbooks, operating standards, and performance measures to support smooth transition to operations teams.
Partner closely with operational leaders to ensure solutions are fully embedded and sustained post-handoff.
Requirements
Applicants are required to have a master’s degree, preferably an MBA (business administration), MHA (healthcare administration), or MPH (public health).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a strong track record in multi-site acute care hospital management as well as ambulatory practices and strategic execution (required).
5+ years of leading strategic initiatives and complex project/program execution preferred.
Demonstrated success in expanding ambulatory access across a health system, including developing new clinic sites, optimizing existing locations, and deploying innovative care delivery models (e.g. virtual care, retail partnerships, same-day access, mobile units).
Proven ability to assess market needs, identify growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to launch new access points that improve patient convenience, increase capacity, and strengthen the organization's competitive position.
Track record of navigating regulatory, financial, and operational considerations involved in opening or expanding ambulatory sites, including facility planning, staffing models, technology enablement, and community engagement.
