Telephone support for customers via a technical service hotline for diagnostic systems (e.g., X-ray systems, scanners, and software)
Analysis and resolution of technical issues in close coordination with internal and external product experts (primarily in the German-speaking region)
Advising on and planning installations as well as complete system solutions
Logistical and technical support for service engineers and field technicians
Recording, documenting, and escalating fault reports
Participation in quality management tasks, internal training areas, and the technical field service
Active involvement in internal projects
Requirements
Completed technical training, e.g., in electronics, mechatronics, IT systems electronics, or IT specialist; ideally complemented by a qualification in medical technology
Several years of experience in technical support or in the repair of complex (medical) technical devices, as well as in telephone-based customer service
Knowledge of software, IT infrastructure, and network technology and practical experience with X-ray systems and imaging are advantageous
Strong service and customer orientation
Independent, structured, and reliable working style, and enjoyment of teamwork
