Role Overview
Manage and maintain all required Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs), including Section 503 and VEVRAA
Ensure firm ‑ wide compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and federal contractor regulations across recruiting, hiring, compensation, promotions, and terminations
Lead preparation for and response to OFCCP audits and compliance reviews, including data submissions, narrative responses, and corrective action plans
Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring, including workforce utilization, adverse impact, and outreach effectiveness analyses
Maintain audit ‑ ready documentation and ensure compliance with record retention requirements
Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and consistency for compliance reporting
Review personnel and compensation data to identify potential compliance risks and support mitigation strategies
Support internal audits and compliance assessments related to employment practices
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with federal contractor and EEO requirements
Provide guidance and training to HR, recruiters, and hiring managers on compliance obligations and best practices
Monitor regulatory and legislative updates impacting federal contractors and assess implications for firm practices
Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on OFCCP and federal contractor compliance
Collaborate with Legal, external consultants, and internal stakeholders on audits, investigations, and remediation efforts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
6+ years of HR experience with direct responsibility for OFCCP and federal contractor compliance
Proven experience managing AAPs and supporting or leading OFCCP audits
Strong working knowledge of EEO laws, federal contractor regulations, and employment compliance
High level of discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail
Experience within a professional services or multi ‑ state organization
