Oversees all project functions including planning, task management, and coordination of teams’ activities to drive key projects.
Involved in all stages of the project life cycle including scope definition, planning, execution, and monitoring.
Manages end-to-end Lab Operations project activities, including scope, budget, risks, timelines, deliverables, and communication to support project delivery.
Provides strategic leadership throughout the project life cycle including planning, designing, documenting, integrating, change management, and configuration management.
Develops project plans and ensures that project deliverables are in line with business requirements and quality standards.
Coordinates and facilitates work groups, involving other Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
Delivers concise communication and reports project status updates to stakeholders.
Conducts risk assessments to identify and manage contingencies that may negatively affect a project.
Ensures project activities align with Antech policies and procedures.
Executes project closeout activities including turnover to appropriate stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree with at least 4-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a laboratory environment.
PMP certification is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; can easily tailor messaging and communication style based on the defined audience.
Effective listener, who can communicate project needs and activities to relevant stakeholders.
Competency in project management applications, tools, concepts, and methodologies.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates cultural awareness and experience in team management and leadership on projects that span multiple time zones and different cultures.
Consistently demonstrates organization, detail-orientation, analytical and investigation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be able to travel as needed to meet the project needs.
