You guide our clients through all phases of a project—from concept and implementation through to a successful go-live
You capture customer requirements in detail, translate them into tailored solution concepts, and take responsibility for implementation and customization
In a technologically demanding environment you contribute your expertise and actively drive innovative initiatives such as the introduction of AI agents
You are responsible for the project management of our Zendesk projects—from planning to successful delivery
With your commitment you help shape and further develop our clients' customer experience
Together with cross-functional teams you develop sophisticated CX strategies that support the sustainable success of our clients
Requirements
You view customer service as a central lever for a holistic customer experience
You are familiar with agile methodologies and are motivated to tackle complex requirements and deliver them within challenging projects
You have no problem taking on responsibility, even beyond your immediate remit
You are very familiar with Zendesk or other CX tools and have administered them and/or delivered projects using them
You may already have set up initial AI agents and/or chatbots
You bring an understanding of IT contexts and processes
Communication is one of your strengths and you remain composed when facing challenges
You speak fluent German.
