Role Overview
- Map the market and provide market intelligence
- Execute Agfa Radiology Solutions sales strategies
- Achieve revenue and profitability goals of Agfa
- Implement and drive CR & DR sales strategies
- Grow/maintain existing customers while driving new business with non-Agfa accounts
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and identifying/employing Agfa resources
- Drive/manage relationships within the industry
- Develop opportunities and sales initiatives to maximize revenues, profitability and market shares
- Ensure compliance with use and maintenance of SalesOne and other business tools
- Participate in the ASEAN annual budgeting process and monthly reporting requirements
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of current industry technology
- Tertiary Qualification or 5-8 years industry experience
- Experience and knowledge of hospital and medical clinic environment
- Experience of Pre Sales Product Applications
- Ability to sell concepts and solutions in addition to products and services
- Continuous learning orientation
- Innovative, creative, and resilient
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong influential/persuasion skills
- Sales management skills to develop sales strategies
