Partner with global Growth colleagues to build and convert a strong new business pipeline.
Engage directly with senior pharma and biotech stakeholders to understand challenges and identify growth opportunities.
Support early-stage opportunity shaping and strategic growth conversations, with a primary focus on the US market.
Build and maintain strong industry relationships that support long-term growth.
Apply deep medical communications expertise to proposal strategy, pitch development, and solution design.
Translate complex scientific and medical content into clear, commercially relevant client messaging.
Support the positioning of AMC’s evolving offer, including innovative and emerging solutions across the Inizio network.
Work closely with scientific, medical, and client service teams across AMC.
Collaborate with Inizio Medical partners to deliver integrated, differentiated solutions.
Contribute to growth best practices, tools, and enablement initiatives within the Global Growth Team.

Significant experience in medical communications, ideally within scientific and/or medical teams.
Proven ability to lead senior-level, strategic conversations with pharma clients.
Demonstrated involvement in new business development, including proposals and pitches while providing leadership and guidance to a broader cross-functional team from AMC and other stakeholders across Inizio Medical.
Strong understanding of medical affairs and promotional medical education.
Commercial mindset with confidence shaping opportunities and growth strategy.
Interest in innovation, including digital and emerging solutions across the Inizio ecosystem.
