Assist in managing the HR lifecycle for our French and international entities — from onboarding to offboarding — including immigration processes, preparing required paperwork, and responding to employees’ HR admin queries
Coordinate HR operations with local partners to ensure compliance with legal requirements
Support relationship management with new hires and local managers to ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly communication
Contribute to strengthening our HR Operations by understanding what matters to our people and helping ensure a high-performing HR function
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Resources or equivalent
Full professional proficiency in French and English
Experience handling HR documentation in France and internationally
Good knowledge of Excel is a plus
Team player with the ambition to improve the employee experience
Proactive problem-solver: you go beyond identifying issues and focus on implementing solutions
Strong communication skills across languages and cultures with the ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organisation
