You are responsible for building and scaling our partner network.
You identify new opportunities, proactively acquire partner accounts, and negotiate cooperation models that create win-win situations.
You create spaces for exchange and trust. By designing and managing exclusive formats (events, webinars, roundtables) you build a loyal community that reinforces Coup as a leading expert in the funding market.
You are accountable for the success of our market entries into new segments. You develop compelling storylines and sales materials that make complex topics like public funding understandable and attractive to partners.
You create persuasive pitch decks and materials that enable our partners to successfully recommend Coup.
You define and track KPIs for your partnerships. Analytics and reporting are your basis for deciding which collaborations we should continue to invest in.
Requirements
You have relevant professional experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
You have experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects (e.g., product launches or events) in a structured way from planning to rollout.
You bring not only experience but also the drive to build partnerships in a structured way and make their success measurable.
You are data-driven and track the success of your partnerships using metrics like leads, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
You have an excellent sense for language and design. You can translate complex subject matter into compelling narratives that reflect our market positioning.
You communicate clearly and precisely in German and English and are adept at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (R&D, Sales, Product, Content, VCs, event partners, etc.).
