Requirements
Senior Experience: 6+ years in Strategic B2B Account Management or Customer Success within the technology services sector.
Proven Growth Track Record: 3+ years of demonstrable success growing a book of business by 25% or more annually (measured by ACV or total revenue).
Commercial Negotiation: 5+ years of expert-level skill in negotiating commercial terms, contract renewals, and conflict resolution under pressure.
Business Acumen: Expert ability to speak the language of business strategy, including organizational, market, and operational drivers.
Bilingual Fluency (C1/C2): Mandatory fluent professional English and Spanish (or Portuguese) for engaging both LATAM and US-based stakeholders.
