Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements
Maintain, enhance and develop work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications
Create functional solutions and complete design, build, and test
Develop detailed business process designs and associated documentation
Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
Develop test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
Develop detailed configuration rationales and designs as well as system configuration build
Integrate with cross-process teams, Financial Accounting FI, CO, MM, PP and SD
May manage a team
Requirements
8+ years of experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
Proficiency in SAP HR Mini-master, Cross-Application Timesheet, and Payroll Integration
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Nice to have)
Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning (Nice to have)
US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government clearance
