About this role
Role Overview
Acquire new corporate clients and bring existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage
Execute the acquisition process — from lead generation through analysis of the insurance portfolio to presentation
Independently manage commercial clients (minimum: companies with approx. 50+ employees) across non-life lines, with support from the internal service team
Conduct annual reviews on-site or digitally
Actively shape the company within our OKR framework — e.g., in digitalization or optimization of internal processes
Requirements
Several years of experience at an insurance broker or insurance agency
Experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
