Role Overview
drive the development of new business through the sale of proprietary products and services, escrow, and treasury management products
prospecting, lead generation, acquisition of new business and the maintenance and growth of key relationships
develop a high-impact, results oriented sales strategy and roadmap that leads to new business growth and deepens relationships with the National Deposits segments of clients
contribute to and execute on the development of the go-to-market-strategy and playbook to drive new customer and deposit generation
identify opportunities to actively cross-sell all banking products and services as appropriate
work across the bank to create and continue to refine well-documented, repeatable, and scalable sales processes that drive business growth and customer experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or over 5 years of business experience including new business development and prospecting
5 or more years in deposit based/treasury products/cash management/escrows/virtual accounts or segment specific client management
Experience with prospecting and business development that leads to stable deposits, treasury management fees, and other bank product revenue from several select industries
Experienced and disciplined user of CRM systems
Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills, particularly as it relates to customers.
