About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the senior focal point for critically reviewing, validating and directing briefs received from the market
- Lead and ensure the timely execution of Creative Operations, proactively anticipating risks
- Conduct advanced quality controls
- Monitor the end-to-end workflow of projects and campaigns
- Manage adjustment requests with a focus on deadlines, quality and efficiency
- Support standardization, continuous improvement and documentation of internal Content Services processes
- Act as a technical reference, mentoring less experienced professionals
- Support leadership with strategic input
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications or a related field — required
- Proven experience coordinating or managing content production operations — required
- Experience in high-volume environments with multiple stakeholders and in managing priorities — required
- Excellent understanding of the marketing content production process, from briefing to final delivery
- Advanced Excel skills (operational data tracking, monitoring and analysis)
- Intermediate to advanced English — desirable
- Intermediate Spanish — desirable
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and presenting materials in meetings
- Knowledge of Power BI with the ability to interpret and analyze data
- Familiarity with Agile methodology tools
