Analyzing market, customer and shopper data to develop strategies based on category and shopper understanding for growth.
Leading Size Of Prize analysis for NPD as well as performance evaluation post launch.
Building relationships at all levels within the business and leveraging support for strategic direction of the portfolio.
Working closely with Marketing teams, Sales Team, Finance, and Supply to lead, shape and drive portfolio recommendations.

Previous sales or category experience in either grocery or OOH channels
Extensive commercial capability
Demonstrated strategic business planning & implementation skills
Strong financial acumen
High-level understanding of the commercial planning process
Involvement in the successful execution of sales plans
Experience with data analytics, using Circana, JDA, and other sources of databases
Solid understanding of insight, trends and implications that can be applied internally and externally
Ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strong collaboration skills
Passion to drive growth and category leadership
