About this role
Role Overview
Close coordination with the CCO and Marketing to implement the overall commercial strategy
Identification and exploitation of competitive advantages to optimize our margins, capacity utilization and merchandising concepts
KPI-driven planning and management of sales and merchandising strategies across the entire product portfolio
Responsibility for target-group-specific implementation of cruise line initiatives
Ensuring attractive terms and the best possible rates with our cruise line and key account partners
Increasing B2B revenues in close cooperation with our cruise line and key account partners
Analysis of market, competitive and demand developments to identify growth and profitability potential
Development and implementation of trade marketing and campaign strategies
Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of the performance of cruise line campaigns across all marketing and sales channels
Building and maintaining our strategic partnerships and actively networking
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, Tourism Management or a comparable field
Initial professional experience in a commercial function (e.g., Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management or Business Development)
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with common analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker)
Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
Ideally experience with CRM or revenue management systems or solid cruise industry knowledge
Strong numerical affinity and pronounced analytical skills
Strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Assertiveness and decisiveness
Resilience, flexibility and willingness to travel
