Lead solution implementations and delivery outcomes across a business line portfolio
Ensure successful execution of complex programs, including new conversions, cross-sell, and mergers
Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and financial performance
Apply enterprise methodology, tools and governance standards in partnership with the central operating model team
Serve as the senior escalation point for strategic customers
Own implementation success for assigned business lines, including on-time delivery, quality, and customer outcomes
Track KPI and strategically enhance delivery to optimize results
Lead strategic programs and act as executive sponsor for key customers
Serve as senior point of contact for strategic customers
Resolve escalations and align delivery to customer business objectives
Drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities during implementation
Build and develop a high-performing team of Directors, Managers, and senior ICs
Mentor and coach staff and foster subject matter expert communities
Collaborate with Sales, Product and additional stakeholders
Requirements
10+ years of experience in software implementations, including 5+ years leading delivery teams
Deep understanding of financial services workflows, regulatory requirements, and integration best practices
Executive presence with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
5+ years’ experience managing teams that deliver technology solutions specifically for digital banking
Experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for delivering projects or consulting services directly to clients—acting as the primary point of accountability for scope, timelines, and client satisfaction
