About this role

Lead solution implementations and delivery outcomes across a business line portfolio
Ensure successful execution of complex programs, including new conversions, cross-sell, and mergers
Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and financial performance
Apply enterprise methodology, tools, and governance standards in partnership with the central operating model team
Serve as the senior escalation point for strategic customers
Build and develop a high-performing team of Directors, Managers, and senior ICs

10+ years of experience in software implementations, including 5+ years leading delivery teams
Deep understanding of financial services workflows, regulatory requirements, and integration best practices
Executive presence with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
5+ years’ experience managing teams that deliver technology solutions specifically for digital banking (preferred)
Experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for delivering projects or consulting services directly to clients (preferred)
