15+ years of product management experience
5+ years portfolio leadership
Experience leading product for a multi-sided marketplace at scale
Track record of owning a product portfolio with multiple distinct business lines, customer segments, and revenue models
Demonstrated P&L impact: revenue growth, margin expansion, or unit economic improvement directly attributable to product decisions
Experience building and leading product organizations of 50+ across multiple pod structures with dedicated consumer, merchant, and platform teams
Experience making portfolio-level trade-offs across competing investment areas with limited resources
Experience building or scaling a merchant-funded advertising or retail media platform ($20M+ in revenue)
Experience with logistics, fulfillment, or driver/courier product in a marketplace context
Experience with AI/ML-powered consumer products in production: personalization, search ranking, recommendations, conversational interfaces, or dynamic pricing
Experience with institutional/B2B product in a consumer marketplace
Deep understanding of SEO, distribution strategy, and emerging AI search dynamics
MBA or advanced degree
